Despite the rain and 55 mph winds, KHS still managed to celebrate the 2024 Homecoming and make memories at the same time.
The Wildkats won the Homecoming “katfight,” defeating the Muncie Central Bearcats 28-0. At halftime of the football game, seniors Dani Gomez and Karsen Huffman were crowned Homecoming queen and king.
After a week full of fun dress-up days and the introduction of two new Homecoming events, flag football and the lip sync battle, KHS students and staff showed they have Wildkat spirit, no matter the weather.
