Believe it or not, the class of 2025 is about to walk out of KHS for the final time. Even though their time as students is coming to end, there are still some exciting events ahead.
On Friday, May 20, 2025, the senior class will participate in the 151st commencement exercises. The graduation ceremony, held at Memorial Gym in downtown Kokomo, will begin at 7:30pm. Graduates should arrive to line up in Central Middle International School no later than 6:30pm.
Following the commencement ceremony, the senior parents are hosting Final Fling from 10pm to 2am at KHS. Tickets are $5 and will be on sale at this week’s Senior Field Day and at next Thursday’s graduation rehearsal.
Commencement rehearsal is May 29 at 12pm. This is required to be able to walk at graduation. At the rehearsal, seniors will walk through the ceremony order to be prepared for Friday night.
Lastly, make sure you finish strong, smart, and safe.
“These final days count, so don’t do anything that will keep you from walking at graduation,” said principal Angela Blessing.
