KHS students, let’s not forget that our mental health always comes first. As the first nine weeks wraps up, it’s easy to get caught up in school work and studying on top of all our other responsibilities. It’s not unusual to feel overwhelmed or anxious. Luckily, the school provides resources that can help students care for their mental health.
